Online Registration Fee: 

The Fee cover your Online Participation as presenter or Listener. The Online Conference will be held by ZOOM and you will receive the link before the beginning of the Conference.

On-Site/In-Person Registration Fee

The registration fee includes participation to the Conference Sessions, Welcome Cocktail on Sunday 26^th September 2021, Social Dinner on Wednesday 29^th September and Coffee Breaks. The registration fee does not cover any social activities.

***There is no additional fee for attending the welcome cocktail

FOR PEOPLE ALREADY REGISTERED

If you decide to shift your Registration from in-person to online mode, we kindly ask you to inform us no later than August 31^st 2021.

FOR NEW REGISTRANTS

If you would like to participate (in-person or online) please inform us by August 31^st 2021.

The Secretariat will send you (from August 25^th) the Link to Register and Pay. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the participation in-person will be limited.

Please read carefully our Cancellation and COVID-19 regulations below.

Cancellation Policy for Registration:

For cancellation requests received till 31^st August 2021, refunds will be deducted by 50,00 euro for administrative expenses. No refund will be given after 31^st August.

All refunds will be handled after September 8^th 2021.

COVID-19 regulations for in-person registrants:

A Covid-19 Vaccine Passport will be required to attend the Conference.
